Isaiah 40:21-22
Do you not know? Do you not hear?
It is he who sits above the circle of the earth,
who stretches out the heavens like a curtain,
Bible/History
- We read on Elisha's miracles and especially the story of Naaman
- We also continued on Homer and we're so happy Odysseus came home.
- Day 5 of Creation (Swimmers and Flyers)
- We learnt about vertebrates and invertebrates
Must have not smeared enough butter, the jello should be in ONE piece and not lumpy lumps. Anyway, the one with toothpicks is the vertebrate and the one without are invertebrates
no covering, no backbones (like the jelly fish) easy to crush
No backbones, but has covering (like crab) not as easy to crush
backbones (vertebrates) not as easy to crush
And we watched how the clam and octopus move

We are on the topic of Spring and I'm glad to find some extra materials!
This story ties in well with "Jewel"
I realized they need to learn more about usage. They are so good with new words (reading and writing) but they are not good at using the words, so we're going to read more!
Drawing human beings
And we looked at the sculpture of Caligula
Have you wondered?

Daddy got Lil Sis this from his business trip. Never a better timing!
I love that she used these stickers to make the page.
We actually started making the rock candy (Mom gave in to food coloring...yikes). But they took a long time and there is not enough crystals! I hope it works.
End product, not like the ones we saw on the web, and they are WAYYYYYY too sweet!!!!
But it was a good experiment, I suppose.
